Terms and Conditions - Shipping Information

Thank you for choosing 360 Medical Inc. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our shipping options and additional services.

Important Delivery Information:

  • Delivery Services: Our courier and LTL freight providers will perform deliveries during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

  • Canada Post/Courier Parcels: Smaller parcels will be delivered by Canada Post or a courier service. A signature may not be required.

  • LTL Freight Deliveries: Someone must be present to accept and provide a signature for all LTL freight deliveries.

  • Inspection Required: Please inspect the packaging on all deliveries before signing. If there is any indication of damage, note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing. If you are uncertain about the condition of the delivery, please write "subject to inspection" on the POD. If damage or "subject to inspection" is not noted on the POD, we will not be able to claim damage
  • Reporting Damages: If any damages are discovered, please indicate them on the Proof of Delivery and contact 360 Medical within 48 hours.

Online Quoted Shipping Cost:

Our online quoted shipping cost is applicable for business-to-business shipments based upon weight, dimensions, distance traveled via standard ground services. This standard delivery will be made to your facility via curbside delivery and will include a tailgate service should a dock not be available. Someone must be present to accept and provide a signature for truck deliveries. Proof of delivery should only be signed by the consignee after all items have been examined for damage. Visible damage should be noted on the POD befor signing. Any visible or concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please report all damages/shortages to or 1-800-209-2082

To view shipping charges, use the Shipping Calculator featured in the Shopping Cart. Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to all standard ground service destinations in the 10 provinces using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to remote destinations, Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut territories.

Any extra charges incurred for during shipping or delivery of your order, such as but not limited to: detention of trailer, re-delivery fees, storage fees, etc. must be paid by the consignee. Items backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Certain restrictions apply to Free Shipping promotions. These include use of our choice of carriers and shipping methods as well as other limitations.

Under no circumstances will 360 Medical Inc. be liable for failure to ship, delay in delivery, additional shipping fee’s or for Customer’s failure to receive, products by a certain date.

If you require any of the following additional services, please contact us at 1-800-209-2082 for a shipping quote, as these services are additional charges:
a) Private Home Delivery: Delivery to a residential address.
b) Inside Delivery: Delivery beyond the curbside, inside a building or specific location.
c) White Glove Delivery: Premium delivery service including unpacking, assembly, and placement of the item.
d) Delivery Appointment Required: Delivery scheduled at a specific date and time.
e) After-Hour Delivery: Delivery outside of standard business hours.
f) Weekend Delivery: Delivery on weekends and public holidays.
g) Expedited Shipping: Delivery services with faster delivery then our standard lead time

Please note that additional services will incur extra charges. We strive to provide accurate shipping quotes and ensure your shipment reaches you promptly. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our sales team.



Customer satisfaction is our first priority at 360 Medical. We inspect every item before it ships from our warehouse, and we will not send items sold as new that aren't in perfect condition. 

Please note: 360 Medical is not responsible for minor cosmetic damages, such as, but not limited to, scuffs or small dents, which can sometimes occur during shipping. We take every precaution while packing your items to ensure they arrive safely. Minor cosmetic damages due to rough shipping are rare, but can happen. If it does happen, please notify us immediately and send photos for us to review:

To return an item purchased online at 360 Medical, we require:

  • Full name and order number, proof of purchase (such as your payment confirmation email).
  • The item must be un-used, and in the same condition that you received it..
  • Item MUST be returned in its original packaging. 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
  • Please note: packages received at our facility without return approval will be returned to sender.

Once your item is received at our warehouse and inspected, our team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and inform you if the refund was approved.

If the refund is approved, we will process the refund for the product, minus the shipping costs and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment – within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a refund notification by email.

All returned or exchanged items are subject to a restocking fee. 

Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Online Clearance items, open box, and scratch and dent items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.


If you wish to exchange your item you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and exchanges are dependent on inventory availability.

To exchange an item purchased online at 360 Medical, we require:

  • Full name and order number, proof of purchase (such as your payment confirmation email).
  • The item must be un-used, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item MUST be returned in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for both return shipping costs and new item shipping costs.
  • Item exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.

NOTE: Items purchased at an authorized 360 Medical dealer must be returned/exchanged at the same dealer where it was initially purchased. The dealer's return/exchange policy applies.


We do our absolute best to ensure you receive the correct item. If for some reason you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days from the time you received your shipment and include your order number with proof of purchase.

If you mistakenly order the wrong item or unit size, or enter your shipping information incorrectly please notify us immediately at 

360 Medical is not obliged to provide replacement products if incorrect order information was entered by the customer. We encourage all customers to review their order and shipping information carefully before completing an online purchase. 

Once an order is packed and shipped, the return/exchange policy applies.
