Refrigerator warranty from October 1, 2026

For eligible new refrigerators purchased in Canada on or after October 1, 2026, excluding Accucold:

  • 5-Year Parts Coverage
  • 1-Year Labour Coverage
  • 10-Year Compressor Component Warranty
  • 1-Year Full Unit Replacement Assurance

If a verified covered refrigerant leak or compressor failure occurs within the first year after delivery, 360 Medical will replace the refrigerator in full at no cost to the customer, including the authorized exchange delivery and return or removal of the failed unit.

Coverage starts when the original purchaser receives the refrigerator. Labour and service costs after year one are not included. Earlier purchases and more favourable written sales commitments retain their applicable coverage. Freezers, combination refrigerator-freezers, used/open-box equipment and accessories retain their separate warranties.

Other equipment and earlier purchases

Product-specific warranties and more favourable written sales commitments remain effective. The refrigerator upgrade does not change Accucold, freezer, ULT, combination-unit or accessory warranties. Earlier purchases retain the coverage supplied at sale.

The original standard warranty reference below is retained for applicable products and earlier purchases. For eligible refrigerators purchased from October 1, 2026, the upgraded refrigerator terms above apply.

Units Purchased on or after January 1, 2024

  • 5-Year Compressor Warranty

  • 1-Year Full Unit Replacement Assurance*
    * If a verified refrigerant leak or compressor failure occurs within the first year of ownership, the unit will be replaced in full at no cost to the customer.

Units Purchased before January 1, 2024

  • 1-Year Parts Coverage

  • 1-Year Labour Coverage

  • 5-Year Compressor Warranty

All warranties become effective on the date the unit is received.
