Refrigerator warranty from October 1, 2026
For eligible new refrigerators purchased in Canada on or after October 1, 2026, excluding Accucold:
- 5-Year Parts Coverage
- 1-Year Labour Coverage
- 10-Year Compressor Component Warranty
- 1-Year Full Unit Replacement Assurance
If a verified covered refrigerant leak or compressor failure occurs within the first year after delivery, 360 Medical will replace the refrigerator in full at no cost to the customer, including the authorized exchange delivery and return or removal of the failed unit.
Coverage starts when the original purchaser receives the refrigerator. Labour and service costs after year one are not included. Earlier purchases and more favourable written sales commitments retain their applicable coverage. Freezers, combination refrigerator-freezers, used/open-box equipment and accessories retain their separate warranties.

Ice-Lined Vaccine Refrigerator for Power Outage Planning
The Pharmacold YC-275EW is a 275 L chest-style vaccine refrigerator designed for facilities planning for interruptions to electrical power. Its published specifications list a 2°C to 8°C operating range and a 72-hour holdover rating. Actual holdover depends on site conditions; monitor cabinet temperature and follow your facility's outage procedure.

Other equipment and earlier purchases
Product-specific warranties and more favourable written sales commitments remain effective. The refrigerator upgrade does not change Accucold, freezer, ULT, combination-unit or accessory warranties. Earlier purchases retain the coverage supplied at sale.
The original standard warranty reference below is retained for applicable products and earlier purchases. For eligible refrigerators purchased from October 1, 2026, the upgraded refrigerator terms above apply.
